Stuffed Cabbage


Bring to boil, then turn heat to medium

After 30-45 min take out

1 large cup of rice 1/2 packet of beef salt, pepper & sweet red pepper

After it cools, peel the large pieces Cut the hard center out and cut in the middle put small spoon of stuffing & roll


Put the un workable pieces on the bottom of pot then pile the rolled cabbage up

After you stuff the whole cabbage, add 3-4 cups of water to cover all cabbages After it comes to a boil, turn heat to medium low Add whole garlic After 30-45 minutes add lemon juice and mint

Ingredients:

1 Cabbage

1 cup of rice
-
1 lbs of ground beef
-
1/2 stick of butter
-
1 whole head of garlic
-
5-6 lemons
-
dried mint
-
salt, pepper, & red (sweet or hot) pepper
How-To:

Boil the cabbage in a large pot for 30-45 min

Take out of pot & let it cool

Mix 1 cup of rice, ground beef, salt & pepper, Red pepper & melted butter

After cabbage cools, peel its layers, the top couple put at bottom of pot (as a base), then cut the hard center out and again in the middle as in picture above

Stuff rice & beef & roll like in picture above

Stack in the pot & add 3-4 cups of water to cover all stuffed cabbages

Peel & add the whole head of garlic & salt to taste

After water boils, bring to medium low heat for 30-45 minutes

Add Lemon Juice & Dried mint

Turn heat off and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving
