Ingredients:
-
1 package of chicken w skin (drums, thighs or breasts)

1 small bag of frozen peas & carrots
-
1 large onion
-
1 cup of orzo or rice
-
1 bunch of parsley
-
4-6 fresh lemons squeezed or to taste
-
salt/pepper/cinammon stick/bay leaf/ or any other favorite spices like allspice
Chicken Soup
How To:
-
In a large sauce pan wash the raw chicken & add 10 cups of water, 1 cut onion, bay leaf & cinnamon stick
-
As the water comes to a boil, lower to medium heat and add the rest of the spices

After cooking the chicken for 40 minutes, remove the chicken, cinnamon stick and onion
-
Add frozed veg's and rice/orzo and let it cook for 10-15 min then add cut up parsley & lemon
-
cover for 5 minutes then serve with pita chips and chicken
