MY STORY
I was born in Damascus, Syria. I grew up eating healthy organic home-made food. My family & I migrated to the United States in 1984. Today, I want to teach this new & healthy style of cooking to everyone.
I selected a variety of Syrian/Lebanese dishes and some dishes from other cuisines to create menus to your liking. Mymission is to show you how-to make NEW, SIMPLE & HEALTHY dishes everyday!
