Ingredients:
1 pack of spaghetti
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of salt
1 container of plain yogurt
1 tablespoon of dried mint
How-To:

cook the spaghetti as per package instructions

Crush the cloves of garlic with salt

in a largr bowl, empty the plain yogurt and add the garlic and 1/2 cup of water and mix very well... till all garlic and salt and water are creamy and taste and add salt as needed

add mint to yogurt

finally add the cooked spaghetti to the yogurt sauce

Spaghetti in yogurt & garlic sauce

Tri-color pasta with Broccoli
Ingredients:
1 box of Tri-Color Pasta
1 lbs bag of frozen broccoli or 1 fresh broccoli
2 red peppers
1 tablespoon of dried parsely or fresh parsely
4 cloves of garlic
2 lemons
1/2 cup of olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
How-to:

Cook the pasta as directed on box
-
steam broccoli
-
then cut red peppers in large cubes

Crush the garlic w salt and add lemon and olive oil in morter & pestel

then in a serving dish, place the cooked pasta, steamed broccoli and cut fresh red peppers and add the garlic, lemon & olive oil and mix well with salt & pepper to taste

then add fresh parsely or dried parsely on top to garnish
